This website and associated mobile apps are operated by Forumloft, the parent company of Fleetlink and Cabbr ERP. Our website address is: https://fleetlink.in and our mobile applications are available on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store under the names Fleetlink and Cabbr ERP.
Use of Services
By accessing or using our website, mobile applications, and associated services, you agree to abide by the terms outlined here. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and app users.
You may not use our services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose. Misuse, unauthorized data extraction, or tampering with systems is strictly prohibited.
Comments & Community Interaction
When visitors leave comments on our website or within the app, we collect the data shown in the comment form, along with the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string for spam detection.
An anonymized hash of your email address may be shared with Gravatar to check for an associated profile picture. Gravatar’s privacy policy is available at https://automattic.com/privacy/. Once your comment is approved, your profile picture may be publicly visible in the context of your comment.
Uploaded Media
If you upload images through the website or app (e.g., vehicle or driver images), avoid using photos with embedded location data (EXIF GPS), as this can be extracted by other users.

You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you. You can also request deletion of your data, subject to any legal or operational requirements.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard your data. However, no system is entirely secure, and we recommend using strong passwords and keeping your credentials confidential.
Where Your Data Is Sent
Visitor interactions (comments, login attempts) may be analyzed through automated spam detection and security tools.

GPS Device Return Policy (Fleetlink Users)
If you have purchased a GPS tracking device from Fleetlink, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
The device must be unused, in original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging and proof of purchase.
Once a return request is made, our technical team will conduct a 3-day investigation to verify the condition and functionality of the device.
Devices found to be water-damaged, physically tampered with, or showing signs of unauthorized repair will not be eligible for return or refund under any circumstance.
If the device passes inspection, a full refund or replacement will be processed within 5–7 business days.
